You can place call buttons beside beds, in showers, or even on a lanyard around the patient’s neck so that they can call for help in case of a fall, pain, or emergency. You can also set-up more discrete monitoring, for instance, be alerted when a resident gets out of bed, or link to systems like heart or oxygen monitors, to alert staff if a patient’s condition gets worse.
Call buttons are usually linked to the nurses’ station, but that’s not the only option. You can set up your system to trigger a light at the patient’s door, sound an alarm, send a message to a specific mobile phone, or all three. It’s about making sure the right people get the message, right away.
Real time location tracking
The Advance Care system utilises staff name badges to carefully monitor when and who responds to a resident alert while also allowing the team member to call in additional support via the alert buttons on the badge. This will give you peace of mind that residents' needs are being met in a timely manner.
The Auto Presence feature automatically detects a nurse in the room attending a nurse call; it also automatically cancels the call request. This saves time and errors and improves efficiency.
A common frustration in hospitals and aged care facilities is locating equipment when and where you need it. Whether it be a wheelchair or the urgent need for an infusion pump. The Advance Care system can tag and monitor the location of key equipment so it can be quickly located by your team.

Auto Presence will automatically log and time stamp a nurse in the room, without your team member having to do anything.
